There are only very few people I know who do not struggle with tension + anger. In efforts to clear the blockages that these negative energies create in our bodies + our lives, here's a little shift in perspective: rather than unconsciously or habitually reacting in self-defense, shift your point-of-view + ask just one more question. Take a step back away from your narrative + see that of others—let your words pass through gates. . .
