1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cut into chunks
1/4 cup purified water
1 lemon, juiced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil

SEASON | SUMMER / LATE SUMMER [you might want to put this recipe in your back pocket + wait impatiently to concoct it next summer for more seasonal, fragrant melons]

D I R E C T I O N S | Add all ingredients into the blender + purée until smooth. If too thick, add more water. Serve cold!
