Cheap Truffles: No Equipment, Dairy, and Refined Sugar-Free
4 tablespoons of nut butter, we used almond butter
2 teaspoons coconut oil
3 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
A pinch of sea salt
Combine the nut butter, your preferred sweetener, & coconut oil to form a paste.
Slowly begin to add the cacao powder to thicken gradually until it’s like dough.
Form them into balls of your preferred size, roll them in cacao or other toppings like bee pollen, and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
